چکیده

Research on metal salt-based deep eutectic solvent (DES) pretreatment is still in its infancy, and the effect of hydroxyl groups Cl− choline chloride (ChCl) not resolved. In this study, a type IV DES composed salt glycerol (Gly) was prepared for moso bamboo to improve enzymatic hydrolysis. The correlation between hydrolysis contents hemicelluloses lignin evaluated using Box–Behnken design. results showed that FeCl3-based optimal among various DES. solid recovery reduced 55.54% following FeCl3/Gly pretreatment, which effective removal compared with ternary (with ChCl) under mild conditions (100 °C, 3 h). With increase temperature (120 2 h), significant proportion (76.07%) (62.77%) removed. structure residue seriously damaged, glucose yield increased 91.13% This indicated hemicelluloses’ content had influence pretreatment. study elucidates DES, will be helpful value-added conversion conditions.

Characteristics of Moso Bamboo with Chemical Pretreatment

The world’s present economy is highly dependent on various fossil energy sources such as oil, coal, natural gas, etc [1]. There are several alternative energies which can replace fossil fuels in the future, such as hydro, solar, wind, biomass and ocean thermal energy. Among these energy sources, biomass is the only carbon-based sustainable energy and is utilized by most people around the world ...

Bamboo saccharification through cellulose solvent-based biomass pretreatment followed by enzymatic hydrolysis at ultra-low cellulase loadings.

The modified cellulose solvent- (concentrated phosphoric acid) and organic solvent- (95% ethanol) based lignocellulose fractionation (COSLIF) was applied to a naturally-dry moso bamboo sample. The biomass dissolution conditions were 50 degrees C, 1 atm for 60 min. Glucan digestibility was 88.2% at an ultra-low cellulase loading of one filter paper unit per gram of glucan. The overall glucose an...

Ethanosolv with NaOH Pretreatment of Moso Bamboo for Efficient Enzymatic Saccharification

Bamboo is a potential lignocellulosic biomass for the production of bioethanol because of its high cellulose and hemicellulose contents. An acid-free ethanosolv process was proposed to overcome the problems caused by the acid catalysts commonly used in organosolv processes. In this research, ethanosolv pretreatment catalyzed by NaOH was used to enhance the enzymatic saccharification of moso bam...

Fast Pyrolysis of Enzymatic/mild Acidolysis Lignin from Moso Bamboo

The characteristics of enzymatic/mild acidolysis lignin (EMAL) isolated from moso bamboo were investigated using pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). Pyrolysis temperature as a factor on products was studied, and the pyrolysis mechanism was inferred with respect to the dominating products. Research results showed that pyrolysis products derived from EMAL pyrolysis were mai...

Pretreatment of Moso Bamboo with Dilute Phosphoric Acid

Dilute phosphoric acid pretreatment of moso bamboo materials was studied for producing high quality dissolving pulp for textile applications. The dynamics of dilute acid pretreatment were considered. The Saeman model was found to describe well the acid hydrolysis of moso bamboo hemicelluloses to their monomers under different temperatures and different dilute phosphoric acid concentrations. The...
